Indemnity

1. In consideration of FOAL NZ Limited undertaking to educate the foal, the owner of the mare and foal agrees to indemnify FOAL NZ Limited as the trainer of the foal against all loss claims, costs, proceedings and actions arising out of the training and care of the mare and foal.

2. The owner of the mare and foal acknowledges that FOAL NZ Limited will provide all care and attention to the mare and foal but will not be liable for any loss, damages, or claims of whatsoever nature or howsoever arising from injury, sickness, disease or death caused to or sustained by the mare and foal whilst under the control of FOAL NZ Limited.
